I think Jim has an obvious option for keeping all subscribers and potentially attracting others. The model account is still big enough to be split to two systems, one with intra-day signals for autotraders and one with the current EOD style for other subscribers. It s...

There has been low or normal C2 risk taken on all positions in this program. No high, very high, or extreme equity draw-down on any position. Yes, OEC (a subsidiary of OX) charges the same fee per side for futures contracts.

Its just something to be aware of - as you say each brokerage implements the rule differently. The worst that can happen is a persons IRA account gets slapped with a settled cash only restriction. As your posters say i wouldnt change your system - just know its something that could happen to someone at certain brokerages - here's a rule from schwab: http://www.schwab.com/public/schwab/resea rch_strategies/market_insight/investing_st rategies/trading/beware_of_settlement_viol ations.html
